Another Great Recipe

I made this recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu on Monday. It was really easy and really good. The only 2 criteria I have for a recipe.

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced Smoked Ham
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
6 KRAFT Deli Fresh Swiss Cheese Slices

Directions:
HEAT oven to 400ºF.

PREPARE stuffing as directed on package.

PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with ham. Mix soup and mustard; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing.

BAKE 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

I served it with broccoli, but asparagus or green beans would be good.

Jen, I'm trying this recipe tonight. Green beans is on our menu--do you guys like asparagus? I love it but I'm in a minority in my family. I'd live to have that veggie on Easter if you like it too (at least some of you).
